In 2004, Danielle decided to take the leap from doing therapy in a residential treatment center to working with children and their families in their homes through Lifeworks. Danielle has specialized training in both play and narrative therapies, and has helped develop attachment promoting narratives surrounding baby porcupines and kangaroos! These stories are still famous in our circles with our families and therapists.
Besides Danielle's clinical skills and providing therapy with adoptive and foster families, Danielle's administrative skills allow her to assist in a host of ways, including being the first point of contact for clients through the referral process. Graduating with her MSW from the University of Kansas, Danielle's loyalty still lies with the Iowa Hawkeyes, where she graduated with her BSW in her home state.
