Liz graduated from the University of Kansas with a Master's degree in Social Work, but her heart still lives in Nebraska! Liz first came to Lifeworks as an MSW student in 2006 and was hired upon graduation because we couldn't bear to let her go! Her clinical experience also includes working in residential treatment, so she is no stranger to hard work!  

 

Liz has an incredible heart for kids in foster care and advocates for her clients in a way that inspires us all. Trained in both EMDR and Equine therapy, Liz loves to hang with her mini-horse, "Tate," and is especially fond of clothes for small farm animals.

 

Liz brings a special insight and understanding to our team surrounding the sibling bond, with several children in the KC area pretty convinced that her sister is "Anna" from the movie Frozen!
