Carlye has spent her entire life surrounded by adoption values and is no stranger to this field. As a graduate from the University of Missouri with her Master's Degree in Social Work, Carlye first became a part of the Lifeworks Team as a social work intern in 2012. Upon graduation, Carlye began working with young children diagnosed with developmental delays, only to return to Lifeworks within the year in order to work with children within the context of family work.  

 

Carlye understands the importance of permanency and family, and the healing that is available for children within the parent and child relationship. Carlye has been trained in EMDR and is currently in training for NMT certification as well.
